This I Believe

(Image obtained from “uruknet.info” after a brief Google Image search. May contain Anti-American themes and messages.)

In the 1950's there was a very popular radio series that was hosted by Edward R. Murrow called "This I Believe." Today that series continues online.

From their website: "This I Believe, Inc., was founded in 2004 as a not-for-profit organization that engages youth and adults from all walks of life in writing, sharing, and discussing brief essays about the core values that guide their daily lives."

It really is a great site to browse if you have time. Many of the essays range from insightful to humorous and are usually well written.

I had a short essay published in May of 2009 that focused on an experience I had in Iraq on their website.

I (semi)humbly present: "The Suicidal Carbomber."

The Eastern Echo

As a staff reporter for The Eastern Echo (Eastern Michigan University's student newspaper) I will occasionally have articles published in both print and online editions. Instead of eternally emailing my mom those articles, she can now see them here! Below are the articles written to date and new articles will be posted as they are published. Thank you for the continued support... mom.
